I don't know who the emo kids are but my chi iron takes my naturally curly hair down so straight I almost look Asian. (No disrespect intended. It's just a comparison since most Asian women have very straight hair)

uhh sure if you want. It's better because of the ceramic material that doesn't fry your hair as easily like a cheap metal one would.

Yes! it is the best straightener i have ever used!! It doesnt fry ur hair [only if u use it like evry day!]. although its kinda pricy, its worth it!

actually, i use the chi straightnener everyday. it works wonders!! it doesnt fry my hair because i put chi silk infusion on before flat ironing. its great. for the choppy hair, let it grow out...or get hair extensions. :)

To a certain extenet, yes it does. It all depends on the model that you buy. My friend has a turbo, and it gets her hair almost completley straight, and she has extremely curly hair. Get Ceramic Plates please! Otherwise, your straightener will fry your hair. I find that my FHI does better than my friends Chi, but thats my own personal prefrence. So, depending on how curly/wavy your hair is, you should get it pretty straight with a Chi.
