Hairloss;mother of 2 kids?

I am mother of 2 toddlers aged 2 and 3 years. My periods are regular and having member's mark Iron deficiency tablets for the past 2weeks. I am aged 25yrs with 140pounds.

I am loosing hair regularly and had a small white patch on my head for the 6months.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

my mom is 40, she has 4 kids - and she recently started losing hair. .... she has super thick hair so shes not actually showing any white patches though.

Dont use too many products on your hair...try to stay away from things that will dry out your scalp ((Heat, products containing alchohol) ....

Healthy diet and drinking lots of water is super important.

My mom takes a vitamin B complex pill also to help with her hair (Her hair dresser told her to do this)...

Check your hormones for imbalances, (testosterone, estrogen, progeteron, insulin, and so on)
