I have to flee with my kids with little of nothing, I cant suffer through the side effects of this abuse any longer, like losing chunks of hair, cant sleep, cant eat, and cant be left alone without being monitored...well my youngest has been brainwashed that im no good, but its not her fault, thats all shes seen and has heard for years, I need prayers of support to get to safety, get my health back, and have peace with my kids, and know we can make it.....thank you for any prayers my way whoever you are......

go to a womens shelter...if you dont know of one, ask your local police station.. been there..done that.. and you will be so much better ..maybe not right away..but you have to leave ..if not for you..your kids!!!!! they dont deserve it..and you are putting them in that situation. BE STRONG.

get out...go to apartments that help single moms....next step is human services....then a job. those 3 things alone will give you peace of mind. good luck.

go to police and ask to be put in a womans refuge.

it wont be easy- but if you stay where you are rather than uproot your children they will not thank you for it in later years. let me know how oyu gety on

Do you have any family close who can help you get out? Or a friend? If not, wait til he's at work, call the cops if you feel you need them, and get your kids and get out! There are women shelter's or churches that will help you and protect you while you heal and get on your feet. You are in my prayers as are your kids. I lived in that kind of situation and thank God I got out. You're doing the right thing! Get out as soon as you can! When you leave get a restraining order against him. I will definitely put you in my prayers. I urge you to seek shelter at a local battered women's shelter..... They will shelter you and your children... give you food and clothing and help you get on your feet. Please don't wait any longer....

Call a crisis center and law inforcement,they will guide you and your children to safety.
